I down­loaded Julissa Neely’s new album, The Sweet Bye and Bye, a day or two ago from Noise­Trade. While the title makes it sound old-​​timey, it’s actu­ally a mixed bag: musi­cally rich, but a lit­tle vac­u­ous lyrically.
