Very Nice Gnome Themes

Wow. These are some gor­geous themes for Gnome. Like so gor­geous, it almost makes me want to use Gnome again.  Seriously. Now, maybe the screen­shots don’t reveal the flaws, but a cou­ple of those themes look REALLY high qual­ity, very polished.

Migrating WordPress Install Across Versions and Domains

Tonight, I had to put back up a old Word­press install I had taken down. I had installed it almost a year ago in a folder of jaketolbert.com, so it was an old ver­sion of WP. Here’s the money quote from Ars Technica’s review of Win­dows 7; I’d say this pretty mcuh sums it up: If you don’t like Win­dows Vista’s Start Menu, you won’t like Win­dows 7 much. The fish wall­pa­per is quite splendid.
