Links Fixed
Ok, I fixed the links in my post about Obama and politics. I’ve had two comments so far, both of which are worth reading (mostly b/c they somewhat disagree w/ each other). Derek said something really important that I didn’t really get around to to saying and whole-heartedly agree with, namely “The truth is that [...]
Obama and Faith
Brent, over at Colossians Three Sixteen, posted recently about Barack Obama talking about how faith ought to “bring us together” and how the Religious Right has hijacked faith etc, etc. He points out that: While I understand Obama’s politicized point, it is just that: a politicized point. It is not anything representing true biblical faith. Obama paints [...]

Frank Deford
I couldn’t care less about sports. That’s not true. I COULD care just a TINY bit less about sports. But I’d have to try. In any case, every Wednesday morning, just before I get to work, Frank Deford comes on to talk about sports. And every time, I get sucked in. If you follow the above [...]

Why Wil Wheaton Rules
I read Wil Wheaton’s blog. You know, Wesley Crusher, from Star Trek: The Next Generation. That Wil Wheaton. Anyways, he recently gave the speech for Gene Roddenberry’s induction into the hall of fame. You should read it. Then you’ll know why I read WWdN.

Osalt.com
Here’s a great site: Osalt.com — open source as alternative. Basically, it’s a database of a lot of popular software and the open source (ie. free) alternatives. It spells out pretty plainly what operating system the software is available for (like this: windows mac linux unix java), gives a short blurb, a link to the [...]

When Rednecks Blog
I’m not sure what the point of this article is. It’s a Texas take on a camcorder’s internal mic. I can’t decide if it’s utterly sarcastic or if it’s half sarcastic, but serious about the internal mic being ok. Rather Jeff-Miller-esque, I’d say.
